About Our Deep Dish Cookies
What are deep dish cookies?
Our deep dish cookies are a blend between a cake and a cookie. They're filled with a filling such as nutella, biscoff or caramel and topped with a sweet treat such as a kinder chocolate or marshmallows and pretzels.
How big are your deep dish cookies?
Each deep dish cookie is roughly 8cm wide and 2.5 cm tall. They're big enough that they can be cut in half and shared.
How often are the cookies baked?
For the best experience, we are currently baking each cookie batch fresh to order. For this reason we ask to allow 1 business day to bake and prepare the cookies and another 1-2 business days for delivery.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our bakes, add your favourites to your cart, then head to checkout to complete your order securely online.
Can I schedule my order for a specific date?
No, we currently do not take scheduled or preorders. Orders are currently baked freshly to order, so we ask that you allow 1 business day to bake and prepare the order and 1-2 business days for delivery.
Do you offer custom orders or large batches?
For custom boxes, corporate gifts or large celebrations, please email us at freshcookiescontact@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you with options and pricing.
Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK. At checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your postcode.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are baked to order and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
How are the cookies packaged?
All bakes are packed in sturdy, boxes so they arrive fresh and in one piece.
Ingredients & Allergens
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soya. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
From time to time we offer limited edition vegan or gluten-free style bakes. When available, they’ll be clearly labelled on the product page.
How should I store my cookies and brownies?
Keep your bakes in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 3–4 days for the best Fresh Cookies experience.
Can I freeze my cookies or brownies?
Yes. You can freeze them for up to one month.
